Mr. Geoff Downer has assisted over 50 companies in achieving registration to the ISO 9000 or QS-9000 series within the last five years. He is currently leading both large and small companies through the implementation and registration process. His experience is drawn from 19 years of working with the ISO 9000 series of standards as a quality management executive and as a consultant in Europe and the USA. Geoff is an elected member of the Institute of Quality Assurance (MIQA), a qualified QSA lead auditor, a registered lead assessor with the RAB and the IRCA and has completed the AIAG TE Supplement course. As a tutor Geoff has trained over 400 internal auditors and has taught the lead assessor course to over 200 delegates in 6 countries.

His experience is drawn from 11 years of working with the ISO 9000 series of standards as a quality management consultant in the USA. Tom is a registered auditor with the RAB. As a tutor, Tom has trained over 100 internal auditors.
