Awareness Training

Available as a 1 day or 1/2 day course presenting the requirements of the appropriate Standard. Each element of the standard is addressed in detail, the course delegates are encouraged to interpret the standard against their own organizational needs.

Internal Auditing

A two-day course provided to Internal Auditors to teach the skills and techniques of planning, conducting and closing an internal quality audit. The course covers the coordination of an audit program, nonconformance reporting and audit documentation. This course covers the guidelines set out in ISO 10011 (or ISO 19011 when released).

Audit courses are conducted in-house which provides for live audits conducted at the workplace.
