| Attaining certification to ISO 9000, ISO 14001 and/or TS 16949 has become increasingly important to companies wishing to win new or retain customers in the USA and worldwide. You may be interested in the Small Firms program for companies with less than 25 employees. Audit and Review (GAP)To start the project we can conduct an audit and review of your existing practices to establish the current extent of compliance to the standard. From this review we will prepare and present a report identifying all the activities considered necessary for certification, together with associated timescales.We will also establish the scope of registration and determine which of the ISO 9000, TS 16949, or ISO 14001 standards should be included. We provide this service under a fixed proposal with no obligation to use us any further. Pre-assessment AuditYou may require us to conduct a pre-assessment audit. This is usually carried out approximately two months prior to the third party assessment to ensure the quality system is operating effectively. Any deficiencies would be identified and corrective action applied, allowing you to proceed to the third party assessment with a high degree of confidence. |

If you have less than 65 employees and have decided that registration to ISO 9000 / ISO 14001 / TS 16949 is important to your business, we offer you a cost effective program leading to third party registration. This program is suitable for companies with no previous experience of quality management systems. Over 400 companies have already achieved registration to ISO 9000 or TS 16949 using this program. There are two different approaches to this program. Each approach includes a combination of on-site consultancy assistance, structured training for your employees and telephone/fax support. Depending upon the approach, companies can expect certificates within 5-15 months. The main features of each approach to the program are described below. Implementation AssistanceThroughout the program you will be supported by one consultant who will project manage the implementation process, providing on-site assistance and guidance to your staff.The on-site consultancy is supplemented by group sessions at which you can assess progress and meet with third party registrars. Telephone and fax support is provided throughout the program.
TrainingThe small firms program includes carefully structured training sessions, time phased to correspond to the implementation steps.
